1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a room or staying at VISHALAKSHI hostel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
2. Eligibility
- Residents must be enrolled in recognized coaching institutes in Kota for competitive exam preparation.
- Minimum age requirement is 15 years.
- Residents under 18 must have parental consent and provide guardian contact details.
- Valid government ID proof is mandatory at check-in.
3. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Rent is payable monthly in advance by the 5th of each month.
- A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
- Late payment may attract a penalty of ₹50 per day.
4. Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: 50% refund of advance.
- Cancellation within 3 days of check-in: No refund.
- Security deposit is refundable after room inspection at checkout.
- One month's notice is required for vacating the room.
5. Hostel Rules
All residents must adhere to the following rules:
- Curfew: All residents must be inside the hostel by 10:00 PM.
- Silence Hours: Maintain silence from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Visitors: Visitors are allowed only in common areas during specified hours.
- Prohibited Items: Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Property: Damage to hostel property will be charged to the resident.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
6. Mess & Food
- Mess facilities are included in the accommodation package.
- Meal timings are fixed and must be followed.
- Outside food is discouraged in rooms.
- Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance.
7. Liability
- 5 Shells Home is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Residents are advised to keep valuables in provided lockers.
- We are not liable for any injury caused by resident's own negligence.
8. Termination
Vishalakshi reserves the right to terminate accommodation immediately without refund in case of:
- Violation of hostel rules
- Illegal activities
- Causing harm to other residents or staff
- Non-payment of dues for more than 15 days
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
